​How much does the trip cost? 

The total cost of the trip is $899 per person based on a double occupancy room. Crew Rate is $799, Single Occupancy upgrade is $1499 and triple occupancy is $875. ​

What is the Crew Rate?

The Crew rate is available for those who have previously joined the Crew by traveling with us before on either our hosted group trips or private concierge trips.

 

Do I need a passport for this trip? 

YES! A passport expiring after June 2019 is required. Please visit http://travel.state.gov for more information.

​What is the deadline to join the Costa Rica Crew?

Registration closes November 15, 2018. However, spaces are limited and may sell out before that date. We encourage you to book early to guarantee your spot.​

After I pay the deposit, what is the payment plan?

A nonrefundable deposit is due at booking to confirm your reservation. Your remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments due by July 15th, August 15th, September 15th, October 15th and final payment on November 15, 2018.

When is the final payment due? 

Your total balance is due by November 15, 2018

What is the name of the resort?

To add to the excitement for our Crew we do not announce the name of the resort during the sale period. The host resort is a 5-star hotel with amazing amenities that everyone can enjoy. ​​

I don't have a roommate, can I still come?

Absolutely, we always have several people that do so! You have 2 options. You can pay the additional single occupancy upgrade rate of $1499 or enroll in our roommate match program. We will pair you with another single traveler from our crew and you pay the double occupancy rate! Match program ends October 10, 2018.

Can I cancel this trip later?

Yes you can, however any payments made are nonrefundable. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to reimburse your trip in case you need to cancel for any reason.

Can my kids come?

This trip is for adult travelers only.

What time is the first event? Will I miss it with a later flight?

We schedule the opening events with everyone's arrival time in mind; trust us, you won't miss a thing!

Is my money refundable? 

No all deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE.  Travel insurance does provide refund.

No, the rooms will be available until we sell out.
